Only items in this store are shipped within Australia. We don't deliver overseas at the moment, so all the times, prices, and details below are for Australian addresses. Here's how we get your order to you, what it costs, and how long it takes.
Processing Your Order
We take a little time to verify and get your order ready for shipping after you place it. Usually taking one or two working days, this step is not included in the shipping estimates mentioned elsewhere on this policy page.
Each package has complete tracking after it is moved, active from the time it leaves our site until it reaches your destination. Our storage hub in Australia is where shipment takes place.
Keep in mind that the transit clock doesn't start until the item ships, not after payment is finalized.
Delivery Times
We dispatch from our warehouse here in Australia, and every parcel is tracked from our door to yours.
Once your order is on its way, you're looking at roughly the following:
Standard Delivery: 3 to 10 business days following shipment
Express Delivery: 1 to 3 business days following shipment
These are the usual delivery windows. During major sales periods or if there are courier delays outside our control, shipping may take longer.
If your order is taking longer than the estimated times above, please allow an additional 3 to 5 business days before contacting us, as parcels often resume movement shortly after appearing delayed.
Shipping Costs
We keep it simple:
Standard Delivery: $9.95 AUD (Free on orders over $100 AUD)
Express Delivery: $14.95 AUD
The final shipping cost is calculated at checkout before payment, so there are no surprises later.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Tracking Your Parcel
Every order includes tracking.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment.
Please allow up to 48 hours for the courier to register the first scan. Tracking updates may not appear immediately, even if your parcel is already in transit.
A Few Things Worth Knowing
Some larger or bulkier items may be shipped separately. If your order arrives in multiple packages on different days, there's no need to worry.
Before completing checkout, please carefully confirm your delivery address. We cannot redirect packages once they have been shipped to the address provided during checkout.
Please note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.
